  4. Por último se agrega al caldo y se deja unos 20 minutos a que se integre todo. Se rectifica el sazón.
  5. Necesitamos para servir cebolla en cubitos, órgano al gusto, chile en hojuelas y limón ¡Listo!
  6. En lo personal, me gusta hacerla de un día para otro, así cuando enfría le retiro la grasa que se forma.
