Realizar un merengue suizo con las claras y el azúcar. Incorporar en forma de hilo el chocolate derretido. Derretir la grenetina a baño María y agregar de manera envolvente a el merengue. Agregar la crema a punto medio.

- Colocar un poco en un molde individual previamente engrasado, colocar un poco de nuestra jelly de Baileys, y cubrir con más mousse. Refrigerar mínimo una hora.


- Glaseado espejo: Hidratar la grenetina (Reservar). Calentar el agua con el azúcar en fuego simmer hasta formar un almíbar. Agregar la nata y mezclar hasta incorporar. Cernir la cocoa y agregar, incorporar.
Derretir la grenetina a baño María e incorporar a nuestra olla, mezclar hasta incorporar. Retirar del fuego.


- Desmoldar nuestra mousse y verter en forma de hilo el glaseado espejo hasta que se cubra por completo. Dejar secar.
