  10. Agregamos al merengue los polvos resultantes de los primeros pasos de forma paulatina e incorporamos con movimientos envolventes
  11. Una vez bien incorporados lo coloreamos con el colorante en gel
  12. Precalentamos el horno a 150°C
  13. Vaciamos en una manga con una duya lisa y formamos unos círculos sobre una charola cubierta con papel estrella
  14. Horneamos de 20 a 30 min, es importante checar cada 6 minutos
  15. Sacamos y dejamos enfriar
  16. Para el relleno acremamos primero el queso crema y agregamos el azúcar glass tamizada
  17. Agregamos el queso de cabra e incorporamos
  18. Una vez hecho lo que hacemos es ponerla dentro de una manga y rellenamos los macarrones
