- Retirar del sartén el exceso de grasa agregar la cucharada de mantequilla, las hierbas finas y cocinar, cuando la mantequilla se derritió, agregar el yogurt griego, sal al gusto y mantener removiendo hasta que haga pequeños grumos y retirar del fuego



- Para montar el pastel, acomodar por capas la salsa, la papa y el tocino hasta llenar el molde o en este caso el sartén y coronar con el queso para gratinar


- Llevarlo al fuego (yo lo hice en asador) y tenerlo ahí hasta que la papa esté cocida, en mi caso tomó 1/2hr a fuego medio y listo a disfrutar, yo lo use de guarnición de un filete en costra de chiles tatemados!
