  2. Posteriormente se empiezan a mezclar todos los ingredientes amasando poco a poco durante una hora, hasta que veamos que la masa no se pegue en nuestras manos o en la mesa, ya que esté lista la masa, se adjunta y se tapa con un plástico durante 1 hora esperando que haga efecto la levadura.
  3. Después de ese tiempo se retira el plástico de la masa y se pesan bolas de 100 gr, o de tu preferencia, se les da forma circular, se ponen en una charola con manteca vegetal. Y se dejan reposar durante 1 hora y media para que la levadura siga haciendo efecto.
  4. Después de ese tiempo definido se deben aplastar con las palmas de las manos poco a poco hasta sacarle todo el aire, poner ajonjolí al gusto, y apoyandose de un cuchillo hacerle dos pequeños cortes a la masa y se vuelven a dejar reposar para que doblen su tamaño.
  5. Después de ese tiempo transcurrido que la levadura hizo efecto.
    Se deben meter al horno preecalentado a 170 grados durante 12 min.
  6. Retirar del horno después de su cocción, dejar enfriar para guardarlos y poder consumirlos acompañados de un chocolate caliente 🏵
