  7. En una sartén aparte agregar un poco de manteca o aceite con las rodajas de la cebolla y sofríe bien, agregarlo después a la misma olla con el molito y seguir meneando, una vez que comience a hervir verificar sabor y si está muy espeso se le puede agregar un poco de agua opcional.
  8. Agregarle la sal para sazonar,
