- Dejamos reposar para que leuden, hasta que doblen su tamaño, yo los dejo como media hora.

- Mientras tanto colocamos la vaporera con suficiente agua en el fuego.
- Una vez leudados los tamales, acomodamos una capa de hojas para tamal en el fondo de la vaporera y con mucho cuidado colocamos los tamales.

- Una capa de tamales y luego otra de hojas y otra de tamales, terminando con hojas, si tu vaporera es grande no necesitas varias capas.



- Dejamos cocer durante 45 minutos a 1 hora en la vaporera a partir de que comienza a hervir y ¡Listo!
