  2. 4 pzas Piloncillo
  3. 4 hojitas laurel
  4. 7 tazas Leche
  5. 1 rajita Canela

  1. Primero separamos y lavamos el arroz y lo ponemos en una olla.
    En esta ocasión solo hice poco, aquí yo utilicé 2 tazas (taza medidora) de arroz.
  2. Le ponemos una rajita de canela y 7 tazas de leche, se agrega un poquito más de leche en cuanto espese. (para las 2 tazas de arroz pues se va espesando cuando le echo el piloncillo). Cocinar a fuego medio.
  3. Ya que esté hirviendo la leche, se le pone el piloncillo y las hojas de laurel.
    Yo le puse 4 piloncillos aproximadamenty 4 hojitas de laurel.
    (Primero las hojitas)
    Cuando comenzamos a poner el piloncillo hay que bajar el fuego. Y estar meneando, ya que no hay rastro de trozos de piloncillo se apaga.
  4. El piloncillo yo recomiendo que se lo echen de uno en uno y ya que se deshaga le echen otro para que cuiden del sabor como quieren que salga (dulce) pues luego hay conitos más grandes que otros.
  5. El arroz se espesa (no debe quedar leche líquida) y cambia de color por el piloncillo.
  6. Este arroz con leche va solo, (o con vaso de leche).
    Y refrigerado sabe aún mejor.
    Yo suelo hacerlo ya en la noche y lo dejo afuera y por la mañana lo meto al refrigerador, pues lo vamos comiendo en lo que va del día. 😍😅
